Gather for a transformative experience learning about the power of “ I AM “. Complimented with a guided combination of Yoga postures, breathing technique and chanting session. Chanting is the repetition of words, phrases or sounds. Studies show measurable effects it has on the body through breath and vibration and the mind through focus and intention. Closing with community dialogue.

CHAKRA VIBRATION
The chakras are energy centers in the body that enable us to direct and guide everyday life. The main 7 chakras travels along the Spine, each having its own unique vibration and frequency. Journey through your ancient known inner worlds with a profound combination of sacred sound, asana (posture), intuitive movement, and breath work.
